The book measures approximately 7.75" x 5.25", with 259 numbered pages. Comes with a brand new facsimile (reproduction) dust jacket for protection and display.
This book is in very good condition. Moderate surface wear and staining to the original black cloth boards. Gilt label on spine is worn and chipped. Cloth worn at the spine ends and corners. Previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. Interior pages are clean and well preserved, save for a few dog-eared corners.
"The Sun Also Rises" by Ernest Hemingway follows a group of young American and British expatriates as they wander through Europe in the mid 1920s. This book has been called his greatest work and most important novel.
