This book is in very good condition. Gilt lettering and design on spine and front board still bright and well preserved. All edges gilt. Wear and tearing to the cloth at the top of the spine. Previous owner's name partially erased on the half title page. Interior pages are clean and well preserved.
A novel of manners, it follows the character development of Elizabeth Bennet, who learns about the repercussions of hasty judgments and comes to appreciate the difference between superficial goodness and actual goodness.
