This book is in very good minus condition. Sun-fading to the spine and board edges. Moderate surface wear and staining to the boards. Binding is sound. Interior pages are clean and well preserved. No previous owner names or bookplates.
"Green Hills of Africa" is Hemingway's second work of nonfiction. This book is an account of a month on safari he and his wife took in East Africa during December 1933. It is divided into four parts: "Pursuit and Conversation", "Pursuit Remembered", "Pursuit and Failure", and "Pursuit as Happiness", each playing a vital role in the story.
