The book is in good minus condition. Heavy surface wear and scratching to the original cloth boards. Gilt titling is mostly rubbed off. Cloth worn at the spine ends and corners. Numerical stamps on the front pastedown, copyright page, and rear pastedown. Erasure damage on the title page. Evidence of bookplate or library pocket removal on the rear endsheets.
