This book is in very good minus condition. Moderate shelf wear to boards. Both hinges are cracked. Dust jacket is in fair condition. Jacket has been trimmed by a previous owner, and is now too short for the book. Moderate staining to both panels. Moderate chipping and paper loss to the bottom edge of the front panel.

Adam (based on Twain himself) describes how Eve (modeled after his wife Livy) gets introduced into the Garden of Eden, and how he has to deal with "this new creature with the long hair."
