Measuring approximately 8" x 5", with 232 numbered pages. Despite the "W" present on the copyright page, this is not a book club edition since there is no dot or circle on the lower rear board.
This book is in very good condition. Minor wear to the edges of the boards. Moderate foxing to the edges of the textblock. Interior pages are clean and well preserved. Dust jacket is in very good minus condition. Moderate chipping and creasing to the extremities. 13th printing stated on jacket. Original $3.95 price is present on the front flap with 13th printing stated on dust jacket.
"To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee was instantly successful upon publication in 1960. The plot and characters are loosely based on Lee's observations of her family, her neighbors and an event that occurred near her hometown of Monroeville, Alabama in 1936 when she was 10.
