Measures approximately 8.5" x 5.5", with 311 numbered pages. Signed by the author Peter Benchley to Bill Butler - the cinematographer best known for bringing the Jaws shark monster to life. The signing reads " to Bill - Best wishes from Peter Benchley (+ admiration for the work on the monster) 4/11/74" just 4 days after Bills birthday had passed and just one month before they began shooting the Jaws film.
This book is in very good condition. Minor edgewear to the extremities. Interior pages are bright and clean. Dust jacket is in very good condition. Minor wear and creasing most noticeable at the spine ends. Original $6.95 price is present on front flap.
"Jaws" tells the story of a great white shark that preys upon a small resort town and the voyage of three men trying to kill it.
