This book is in good minus condition. Heavy chipping and bumping to both ends of spine. Gilt lettering and design on spine is still full and vivid. Moderate scuffing and staining to both boards. Front hinge is cracked no mesh exposed. Heavy foxing to interior pages. Rear hinge is cracked.
Published in 19 issues over 20 months, the success of The Pickwick Papers popularised serialised fiction and cliffhanger endings.
