This book is in fair condition. Heavy bumping to entire spine. Moderate chipping to both ends of spine. Gilt lettering on spine is faded. Gilt lettering on front board still full and vivid. Moderate scuffing and staining to both boards. Moderate staining to top and bottom edges of textblock. Front hinge is cracked exposing mesh on half title page. Library markings at front of books and at rear pastedown and endpaper.
The Golden Age is a collection of reminiscences of childhood, written by Kenneth Grahame and first published in book form in 1895, by The Bodley Head in London and by Stone & Kimball in Chicago.
