This book is in good plus condition. Moderate bumping to both ends of spine. Moderate staining to both boards. Front hinge is cracked causing slight overbite to text. Morbid Christmas inscription on front endpaper. Pages 401 -411 creased at the bottom corner.
John had epileptic seizures and an autism-like developmental disorder, and the Royal Family tried to shelter him from public view; the script did not present the Royal Family as unsympathetic, instead showing how much this cost them emotionally (particularly John's mother, Queen Mary).
