Book is in very good condition. Minor bumping and chipping to both ends of spine and corners. Gilt lettering and design on spine and front board still bright and well preserved. Stain to the bottom corner of the front board. Previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. 1916 Valentine's Day gift inscription from Mama and Papa to their daughter Evelyn on the front endpaper. Front hinge cracked.
This comedy written by Shakespeare takes place during the reign of Henry IV or early in the reign of Henry V. It has been adapted into an opera at least ten times.
