Some surface wear to spine and rear panel. The book is in very good plus condition. There is an "Advanced Bookseller's Copy" label on the front paste-down with a note from the publisher. There is a red mark on the front endpaper, across from the label. "FIRST EDITION" is stated on copyright page. Some sun fading to the spine. The tan cloth boards are very well preserved and the blue and brown lettering on the spine remains bright and intact. Minor surface wear to the edges.
