1924. Hardcover. A bound copy of an architectural city plan for Rochester, New York. Submitted by architecture firm Gordon & Kaebler on May 22, 1924. The two authors of this plan are Henry T. Noyes, and Edwin S. Gordon, whose signatures appear at the bottom of the proposal on the front page. Illustrated with black and white drawings. With a linen backed pull-out illustration. Measures 8.75" x 11.75". Bound in brown cloth with the authors named stamped on the front in black. Decorative floral endpapers with Rochester Chamber of Commerce stamp in blue ink on the front endpaper. The book is in very good condition. Minor wear and soiling to the boards and spine, with vertical crease at the rear board. The contents are toned, largely clean, and unmarked.
