Trousseau and H. Belloc, "A Treatise on the Diseases of the Breast" by M. Velpeau, and "A Treatise on the Pneumonia of Children" by M.M. Rilliet and Barthez. Published in 1838, 1839, 1840, and 1839, respectively, by A. Waldie in Philadelphia. Measures 5.75'' x 9'', 236, 186, 80, and 100 pages respectively. The book is in good plus condition. The boards are somewhat scuffed and faded with minor bumping and cloth loss at the corners. The binding is cracked at the front and rear hinges. The spine is also somewhat scuffed, with cracked leather and some shelf wear, but the lettering on the title, while very slightly faded, is clear and legible. A previous owner's signature is present on one of the rear endpapers, along with some markings in pencil on a front endpaper. A previous owner's stamp is present on the front pastedown.
