The book is in good condition. Minor soiling and wear to the boards with bumped corners. Sunning to the spine with label and scuffing to the edges. Bookplate on the front paste-down with soiling on the endpaper. Large paper label on the rear paste-down. Small stain to the fore-edge of the textblock with small tears at the bottom edges on the first few pages. Chipping to the top edges of the textblock from pages 225-434. Library stamp and notations to the title page. The textblock is gently toned, largely clean, bright, and complete. The binding starting throughout.
