Wear, soiling and staining to the boards with bumped corners. Cloth loss at the spine with the top edge lifting. THe boards are cracked at the hinges, making the case loose. Foxing and soiling throughout the textblock with thumbed edges. Roughly 8" vertical tear at the bottom edge of the textblock from page 7-27. Small moisture stain to the bottom inner gutter.
