The book is in very good condition. Rebound in contemporary calf over marbled boards with marbled fore-edges and original spine affixed. New endpapers and paste-downs.Light wear to the boards with some scuffing. Previous owner's bookplate on the front paste-down. Foxing to the preliminary and terminal leaves. Light spotting to the verso and margins of numerous plates.The pages of text are largely clean and bright.
