The front flap contains the original price of $5.75 on the top right corner. Minor surface wear to the panels, spine, and along the perimeter edges. Two minor tape repairs to the verso of the spine. Previous owner's signature on the front flap. The book is in very good condition. "First printing, 1966" is stated on copyright page, identifying the book as a first edition. Large gift inscription on the front endpaper in ink. The cream colored cloth boards are very well preserved and the black and orange lettering on the spine remains bright and intact. The edges of the book are sharp and crisp. A few instances of scattered soiling to the fore-edge and to the textblock. The textblock is gently toned, largely clean, bright, unmarked, and complete.
